Dumdum needs to be straight nerfed
low velocity and no wall pens are not downsides when you give them to weapons who have either high velocity or gain little from wallbanging. Alleviate their downsides for a flat damage loss, or cut velocity in half.

A single round isn’t that deadly, and if you let yourself get hit by a Springfield at optimum range that dude has to reload and you can be happy that it wasn’t a headshot…

So no I don’t think this is a real problem.
So either A. have full bars so they cannot oneshot you with a singed healthbar or two depending on how far you are to reliable safe cover, B. hope the guy whose using a spamfire weapon can't hit followups that well(because the Officer gets great benefit to reliable twotaps thanks to the bleed upping its 91 damage to not be a three shot at worst), or C. Hope the cover you found is helpful and doesn't expose any part of you.

You know you will die in this game right? If the enemy shoots at you it’s kinda never good for your health.

If you don’t have full health a lot of weapons can onshot you, without any chance. So yeah at least to me this is not a bleed specific problem.

And to B. I think the optimum range for bleed weapons is around medium range (we can debate what that is but let’s say further away then shotgun range). At this distance, a lot of weapons are valid choices, depending on the exact range fanning or levering might be a valid alternative. And the officer, especially the ones with a stock, are better used as headshot machines. If an enemy can consistently hit you, it’s kinda not good.

Bleed for me just adds a bit of pressure and makes low dmg weapons just a tiny bit more valid. In most cases I would rather pick up fmj.

it already got nerfed it now reduced muzzle velocity along with having no penetration.

use bloodless as its related to the bleedstack you got or simply use a medkit
