You know you will die in this game right? If the enemy shoots at you it’s kinda never good for your health.
If you don’t have full health a lot of weapons can onshot you, without any chance. So yeah at least to me this is not a bleed specific problem.
And to B. I think the optimum range for bleed weapons is around medium range (we can debate what that is but let’s say further away then shotgun range). At this distance, a lot of weapons are valid choices, depending on the exact range fanning or levering might be a valid alternative. And the officer, especially the ones with a stock, are better used as headshot machines. If an enemy can consistently hit you, it’s kinda not good.
Bleed for me just adds a bit of pressure and makes low dmg weapons just a tiny bit more valid. In most cases I would rather pick up fmj.
use bloodless as its related to the bleedstack you got or simply use a medkit
