On December 29th, I was actively playing the game, demonstrating my genuine passion and commitment by logging in daily, participating in matches, and claiming rewards. However, I was unable to access the game for three days as I was attending a wedding event. Upon returning on January 2nd, I resumed my gameplay around noon and unexpectedly encountered a sudden crash during a match. Subsequent attempts to log back in revealed that my account had been suspended.
I want to emphasize that I have consistently adhered to fair play principles and have never engaged in any form of cheating or the use of third-party software. Throughout my gameplay sessions, the only background programs running on my system were Nvidia graphics card drivers, Logitech mouse drivers, Huorong security software, GamePP, Custom Crosshair, and a network accelerator.
I can assure you that my account was exclusively accessed by me during the three-day absence, and I personally completed all matches without the involvement of any third party. Importantly, I did not utilize any cheating software or external tools during my gameplay.
I kindly request a thorough review of my account and the circumstances surrounding the suspension. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or evidence required to support the legitimacy of my gameplay. I am genuinely devoted to the game and have invested significant time and effort into it.
