Hunt: Showdown 1896

Pax trueshot
is there a point to this gun? The stats of it make it about on par with every other pistol except its more expensive. Why hype up and add a gun to the game if there is literally no point to run it.

high velocity ammo and it has great velocity for a headclicking sidearm, which can also use fanning close range if needed. Speaking of, trueshot has the most accurate fanning and most accurate dual wield.
so a price point of 281 for a dual wield + high V if you choose? i would rather take another option, and regular pax has high V so i reckon in my opinion it really aint worth.

money is non-factor, it was basically infinite anyway before. With the recently money increased it don't think anyone would ever struggle for money at all. Trueshot is a pax but pretty much upgraded in every way and actually the most accurate fanning and dual wield, being the best option for both of these is quite a good point tbh.

pretty much this, if you still struggle with money you are just really bad. the weapon is definitly worth its price and is a very good secondary.

It's a fanning machine. It gives me both the confidence that I can use it reasonably well in close quarters against shottys and can trust it to be really accurate when swapping quickly for a follow up shot from my rifle. So, I am finding that using it is making me want to play single shot rifles more often now like sparks or springfield.

Has the same sway as pretty much all the other pistols, just fires slower. so you'd be better off using a regular pax.

Accurat for fanning means less spread.

For dw I still prefer conversions. For fanning i would chose the true-shot.

Without fanning normal pax/uppercut.
