Stalker Beetle Sticky Bomb Issue

You shouldn't be able to attach a sticky bomb onto a teammates stalker beetle and fly it into enemy hunters. Please fix this, there is no way the damage from a sticky bomb shouldn't destroy a stalker beetle.

It should stay. Both Stalker Beetle and Sticky Bomb are a bit underpowered. This helps make them a bit more useful, even though this tactic is very situational and never guaranteed to work if your enemies expect it.


There's many ways to counter the Stalker Beetle + Sticky Bomb set up:

1.) Shoot the Beetle soon as you hear or see it
2.) Dauntless the Sticky when it gets close enough with the trait
3.) Choke Bombs and Choke Arrows counter this
4.) Concertina Bombs or Concertina Barricades counters both the Stalker Beetle and the Sticky Bomb since they can't get through


There's more options like running away, using explosives, fire obstacles, etc. etc. But you get the point.

There's more than enough ways to counter this.

I use this strategy alot, it can only really be setup and used effectively in niche situations, many sticky beetles never find their target due to people booking it to the other side of building after hearing the grenade be thrown, its also very hard to hear while in the beetle so people are easy to lose during the setup. Overall the strategy has alot of VERY viable counterplay if you can understand that its happening. Which you can, such as, Hearing the stickybomb make the flying in air noise and then landing but still hearing the bomb move closer to you. Shooting the beetle or running both work great.
