I was wondering cause I thought it was 1880's, but there's also a mosin nagant in the game which was made in 1891. So, that really confused me.

In addition the first automatic rifle, the Cei-Rigotti, has been introduced in italien during 1900. (pun towards the avtomat)

It's in 1895 but in an alternate timeline, what allows for some weapons that didn't exist until 1895 like the dolch, Crown and King or even the avtomat, to be added.

Yes, and in an alternative timeline where Muslim ladies and cyberpunk chicks are running around as violent bounty hunters. Also easter eggs referencing Hollywood movies like 'Titanic' and 'Back to the Future' that wouldn't be made for a century. So basically an alternative timeline where things are half stupid.
