Chances for Hunter Skin "Steel Eyed" return?

Do u think this skin will ever return in another twitch drop campaign or event shop cycle? It is the only skin I'm missing from all campaigns / events :/

most likely at the 6th anniversary next year. cause they did return billy and some others before.
