RX6600xt / Ryzen 5 5600x 4.6 GHz / NVME / Linux
Completely maxed out everything get 100fps average or more, lowest around 70 (and I'm usually recording while i play so it could probably be higher)

Well it depends on the resolution you plan to play at? at 1080p it will be the CPU doing most of the work so that will be a limiting factor, 1440p or above and the GPU starts to take most of the load.

So yeah if you are planning to play at 1080p with that i5-7400 you are probably going to struggle.

Just to add, it will play and you may get 60fps but with most settings low/med but to be honest i wouldn't even be bothered about playing at low settings most people play that way anyway.

I run the game with an 8700k and a 3080 at 1440p max settings with about 110-120fps. I don't know how your CPU compares to mine, but hopefully that might give you some idea.
