They should do this. A one time account transfer. Buy the game for the new platform and they get your money, items, and skins transferred over.

Come on, surely you realize that Hunt on consoles is not the same game. Let say if console player was 6-star on console it would be challenging for such player to play even vs 3-stars players on PC. Same reason why there will never be a crossplay.

No, thats exactly what i meant: all your progression in console Hunt is not valid in pc version. I`ll explain using analogy then for better understanding. It as if you played some rpg like Diablo (for example) on softcore mode and and now want to transfer all your items, money and character progression to hardcore mode which are two completely different modes with different experiences.

Except that's completely different. Considering KDA and prestige means literally nothing in this game, and Hunt dollars and gear is easy to get it's just a time factor, I see no reason it's an issue. The only thing that shouldn't carry over is your MMR because yes, a 6 star console player isn't going to be as good as a 6 star PC player (In general, there's definitely 6 star console players that have racked up 10000 hours and their map knowledge etc is still going to be far better than a 50 hour player who's just good at FPS).

Even then, majority of console players will get humbled and their MMR will drop so quickly I don't even see that as a huge issue if it doesn't change so I'm really not seeing the issue. I'd love to switch but the only thing holding me back is not having access to all the skins I've paid for and earnt over the years. I'd be fine with account transfer only including skins to be fair but honestly don't see an issue with a complete account transfer.

I agree. I have a lot of content on xbox but have switched over to PC. please all account transfer across platforms!
