1) Use some pink noise source like this

set Noise Type = Pink and Filter = None
2) Use the same system volume which you use in games and set the noise generator volume so it sounds the same loudness as your game. This is important.
3) Use your EQ to make it sound as flat as you can
4) Never change the volume again, otherwise repeat EQ-ing using this method. This is important.
