but by the sounds of it you dont have a strong enough pc, and to be real with you even with ultra good optimisation that would hardly fix a thing considering the game is "open world" sure its not a infinit world like minecratft or not as open as other games but theres still a very far range the game has to render which simply eats up too much resource even in best optimisation scenario
but if i can run elden on mediem 45 fps
R6S on mediem high stable 60 fps
and basically most of things nowadays around 50 60 mediem high then why cant this as well?

16GB ram 2400hz
im not really the hardware type but im guessing its something to do with you playing on a laptop.
maybe someone with better knowlage would be able to pinpoint the problem tho
4 year old game actually hunt was released in 2019 acording to steam
but it was early access since 22nd feb 2018 so it would be a 5 year old game (since early access)
So maybe something wrong with your motherboard or even cpu, or something inside just burned and close to the death, be careful bro
and find a job
i literally turned everything off, went to nvidea panel and turned it all off, idj what else to do lol, like i said, most of eveything else i play is fine on even better settings yet this one disagrees
