kills doesnt count. why? bug?

I just killed a dude in my last match but it doesnt count.it even says "you killed this Hunter" But my kills 0
wtf someone else got that?

Yeaa but i never had this before. On main Match end screen it says 7 kills for the whole team.
Then when i look who killed who..i can see i killed him. its there. but then again it says i got 0 kills but 6 kills for the Whole team.

Check the mission details for a card that shows a hunter killed with 0 XP, this is a red dead kill, no credit for it.

yeaa to late now i allready played another match.
but i play rhis for over 2000 hours now and never ever had this before.

If the other team has the bounty and picks up a teammate that has no health bars left using their bounty token. If you then kill that hunter again, it doesn't count toward your total.

what? but as i said. i got 2000 and some hundred hours and i never had this. i count my kills actually. and it was allways right...red or white skull. strange

As others have said, redskull kills don't count. They show up as total kills, but not on personal kills. Always has been like this. It's intended.

I've had it happen 3 times in the past few months where I killed a hunter who was def not redskulled and never got credit for it. Their team never had bounty, so no chance of it being a redskull.

It's likely a bug, unless killing someone on their last healthbar counts as a redskull? From my understanding they would have to be revived AFTER losing the last healthbar THEN killing them counts as a redskull 0xp kill.

There are a ton of bugs since this update. Including on one end seeing a hit reg but on the other end he didnt actually get a damaged. Servers are also in horrible states.

Im taking a long break, I have no desire to finish their ridiculous quest.

yes i play this game alot and got it since it came out. and i never had that. i count my kills. so i would see that earlier.
and a red skull matched allways with my kills. this was the first time.
i dont know....
i mean it said 7 kills right after tha match but then 6 kills. so something is wrong

It is easiest to say that the mission summary is now more accurate and before was showing you the wrong info. Because it hasn't actually counted for a long time and has only been accurately displayed after an update sometime in the last half year.

my fear is just that this may happen often if it is a bug.
of this is normal and i never had/saw it then. ok

You just never noticed before. I got 4 kills on a redskulled guy once. Four kills in the match but none of them counted. This was months ago.
