Oh you'll also want to provide full system info under: Steam < Help < System Information just to be safe.
I'm unsure why this happens although playing on low settings makes the game at least playable.
Trying to figure out if it's a thermal throttling or something else. Seems to only happen in Hunt.
FPS drop happens on low settings, although it's not game breaking as in higher settings.
I've also :
1- Restored Hunt settings to default settings by deleting the user folder on steamapps/hunt
2- Reinstalled my graphic drivers
Neither of the last two have solved the issue.

Technically, you should beat me and yet I play at max settings, max FPS, and low CPU/GPU usage.
My only guess is, if not for driver issues, must be thermal throttling.
Make sure your laptop has plenty of room underneath it, beside it on both sides, and possibly may even need a fan under it. Look on Amazon, you can get laptop coolers for 10 bucks depending on your country, and they are VERY effective. Best of luck friend.
IF it isn't thermal throttling, you might want to check on updating your BIOS. I have run into BIOS problems before that cause the most ridiculous issues that no one seems to be able to fix.
I downloaded the latest Nvidia driver that came out and updated via Experience the game was unplayable down in the 30s. Removed it and did a fresh driver install a d that fixed it
EDIT: It's not to do with audio
