Why Crytek stopped showing us how big percent of people cheat.

Last time they showed any statistics were back in 2021 and over 20% of community was blatantly cheating and banned. Imagine how big the number must be now that they rather decided to hide it and not post it again.

Cant think of any other reason... They did give (once) even numbers along with ban numbers and it came to a cheater banned for every other game lobby irrc (was around 5% and game lobbies are 12 people).

Given that cheating is a common topic here and regularly mentioned in negative reviews, the only reason to stay silent is A: cheating is endemic and B: they have no plans to address it.

Better to be quiet and let fanboys defend them rather than admit there is an issue :P

I don't want to offend you... but that math you did is NOT math. The same can be said about the other guy.

That is not how numbers work, you are not allowed to fill in unknown numbers with guesses... lol

And the simple fact is there is not enough information available to complete the equasion you want to compute.

Assumptions are not allowed in mathematic equations of the sort you are trying to do.

Wait...they banned over 20% of the players? That's a pretty impressive response from a company that makes most of their money off DLC. Sounds like they are going after cheaters way harder than any other company I've ever heard of. Thanks for pointing out how awesome their response is. I genuinely didn't know!

yeah blatant cheating has gone up recently, i met 10 blatant cheaters (new accounts, bans in other games, etc.) last event, even got some recorded and banned the next day. just yesterday i met another guy who levering insta headshotted 6 people (me included) in the lobby also new account. those are just the obvious ones where they dont even hide it, plenty of sus deaths recently. i also play only in 5 - 6 star lobbies.
