Slate or Specter?

Just wondering what you guys think. I've had pretty good luck with Slate, although I haven't unlocked slugs yet. It makes it that much better, right?

spectre is just better at everything sl*te is dogwater yes it is probably the best shotgun with slugs besides crown but in general spectre beats the sl*te

I use specter with bayonet a lot, bayonet comes in handy for armoreds, hellhounds and bosses

Slate fires faster, but the Specter has like 2 meters more of 1 shot range.

Slate doesn't need bullet grubber, but Specter is the better gun

specter is ok until you fight more than one person at a time and until you dont kill with your first shot. personally i think the best shotguns are terminus, slate and crown. firerate just beats OHK range most of the time. specter just shoots to slow and the reload is trash.

for shotguns firerate is definitly king

There isn't a clear answer here. Slate is much easier to use. However, if you can master the specter's timings, it has better OHK with slugs and more reliable two tap range with buck. This comes at the cost of fire rate and reload time.
