Macros
Hi, a quick buzz around previous discussions have me still a little unclear about this, so sorry for a new thread.

I bought this game to play with my wife and then I realized that it might not like my mouse or my keyboard. Both are capable of transmitting macros. (Swiftpoint Z and Wooting respectively).

Is this going to be a problem? I don't want to have a game I *JUST* bought boot me for the hardware I use.

Thanks in advance.

No idea, thats something you should jump on Hunts Discord and ask a Dev there. Basically though, if it gives you a advantage that others will not have by default, its probily shady at best.

Hey mate, I normally do not come anywhere near PvP because of exactly the type of stuff and people Peter Panzy is rightfully referring to. I do not know *ANYTHING* of the current PvP landscape in relation to anti-cheat etc. Even haven gotten *this* far (Buying Hunt) is a rarity for me, so please don't assume what I am supposed to know.

"Why would other hardware be a problem?" I don't know. In relation to Hunt, that is the question I am asking *you* (as in, the Hunt community)

I would assume you are fine as long as you don't actually use any macro's. If you do then all bets are off.

macros are totally fine, its not replicating anything that cant be done with human interface as it, how people define it as an unfair advantage is laughable because every mouse since like 2008 can do it, its not a hardware access issues its more of a "idk what my computer and hardware is capable of, idk how to access it so therefore no one else should be able to" issue
