You do realize the necromancer trait has been in the game for like 3 years now?
excused me Crytek developer, if the body is still there in game why don't you allow us to shoot it to death? Let us shoot the body with holes like in real life. We damn finish it or even slowly torture the dude by spitting some poison bullets so that they consume slowly, they raise again and die again.
These dudes become a huge factor when there are other threats, they come back again and you have to not only deal with them but also with others. If you don't have the equipment, as this naive guy comes out and say because in game life is not a straight experience
.. Then you have nothing to deal with it.
Why the game needs to be centered over the people who don't stand the fact of going down in a game. Why we need to focus our gameplay on these people?
Because all communities become always what the weak link is... this is Crytek investing in the weak links of PvP and making all play at the own rules.
That's exactly what OP is saying. They made so you have to burn, poison and trap with barbwire every corpse suspected of beign a solo player. If this doesn't bend the gameplay in a new, unfun, forced direction i don't know what it does.
Everyone is shocked about the Death Cheat "bug" but somehow having 6 lifes as a solo player or 6 death cheats is perfectly ok and doesn't ruin the flow of the game.
If i choose to play SOLO i know what i'm going against, i don't need someone holding my hand and handing me a crutch. Change how Necro works and give SOLO players some other powerful perks. Or change the description of SOLO queue with an advertising like (SUPER DUPER EXTRA SALE!!!! 6 LIVES AT THE PRICE OF ONE!!!!) or something like that
Crytek is just greedy and careless of what was developed by artists.. this is a shame and a PERFECT example of finance abusing art. Crytek you have done .... it up
Overpowered Abilities: Some players may feel that the Solo Necromancer has abilities that are too powerful for a solo player. This could make the gameplay unbalanced and frustrating for other players who don't have access to similar abilities.
Lack of Counterplay: Players might find it difficult to counter the Solo Necromancer's abilities or predict their actions. This lack of counterplay can lead to a frustrating and unfair gaming experience.
Solo Advantage: Hunt Showdown is primarily designed as a team-based game, and introducing a Solo Necromancer with unique abilities might give solo players an unfair advantage over teams. This can lead to imbalanced gameplay and reduce the appeal of playing in teams.
Breaks Game Mechanics: The introduction of a Solo Necromancer might break certain game mechanics or disturb the balance of the game. Players could exploit these mechanics to gain an unfair advantage, undermining the core gameplay experience.
Decreased Team Play: Some players may be concerned that the inclusion of a Solo Necromancer might discourage team play. Players might prefer to play as a solo character with powerful abilities instead of collaborating with others, leading to a decline in cooperative team-based gameplay.
Incompatibility with Lore: If the Solo Necromancer does not fit well into the game's lore or world-building, it can be jarring for players who value consistency and immersion in the game world.
Community Division: The addition of a Solo Necromancer could divide the community between players who enjoy the new content and those who believe it undermines the core spirit of Hunt Showdown as a team-based game.
It's important to note that these complaints are hypothetical and may not reflect any actual updates or additions to the game. Feedback from the gaming community is valuable for developers, and they often use it to improve the gaming experience and maintain a balanced environment for all players.
I mean. You can never be sure if someone is solo or not, so you should be burning/trapping bodies anyway, to prevent the teammate from reviving. I don't see how this changes anything.
If you kill two of them in Duo's, you don't have to trap/burn. But if you only kill one player, you ALWAYS burn/trap, before and after solo necromancer. That's why there are oil lamps EVERYWHERE. Sounds like you just don't know how to pick them up and throw them.
How can't people see that once a Necromancer is down it FREEZES the game? It's just that and alters the entire gameplay!
I question how intelligent are players today. if they don't see this then it's a bunch of handholding needing "gamars".
Then put also NEcromancer with Death Cheat together (on a solo player).. that's fantastic run and gun transformation of this game.. what a sad end.
Its necro with soloplayer bonus, and what toxic soloplayers do with it. It costs nothnh to revive, and you have unlimited time to do and shoot players in the back.
In my opinion hunt should not be a soloplayer game. But Crytek did an amazing job pampering toxic and cowardly playing soloplayer gameplay. Before that you had the solosnipers waiting 25min at one spot to shoot you from 200m at extraction points. Now you have toxic soloplayers with shotguns ramboing through your team, while you had a real good game.
If you have wait like several mins at the corpse of a toxic soloplayer, thats broken gameplay.
Or you get wiped because this player revives after 10mins, after you did a boss and just shoot you in the back.
