Now honestly, yes its a little strange some of the weapons that are historically post 1900 being in the game. However, most are very specific in how they function and don't have an in game competitor that fights for the players attention. There is only one auto rifle, and only one semi-auto shotgun. They also do not heavily impact balance to the extent that everyone plays them. I have almost 900 hours, I've been killed by an Auto-5/Crow and King or Huot Gun/Avtomat maybe half a dozen time in total. They are both very rare, even when looting bodies, and I tend to play around 4-5 stars.
All the others you listen began to come about in 1896. That is only one year and to be fair the game been out for a while. Its within reason.
That said....
The devs may add the 1911 eventually,. however I doubt it. It would cause a massive challenge for the developers to implement a weapon with a magazine and really fast fire rate in a caliber that does some substantial damage. They would have to make so many changes to the 1911 it would barely be a 1911 in the end. It would likely get the same treatment as the Mauser. At that point, people barely play the Mauser anyway. It would just be a Mauser with fewer bullets and slower fire rate. If anything else it would be stupid exspensive and to strong not to play.
There are still plenty of weapons that are less common or at the very least, unheard of. The devs have already shown an interest in adding in weapons that are fresh and new or at the very least uncommon in most other games.
Side note, this is a more simplistic answer. if you feel like not reading.
It does not belong and is too difficult to implement.
It was patented in 1897. Would fit right into Hunt lore.

I have been told the avto was inspired by different weapons and none have been the same story. The earliest weapon i've seen it inspired by has been one in 1911
The game is balanced around slow firing silenced guns, there fixed it for you. Be aware of the new incoming James Bond Hunter version running around with a silenced Walther PPK. 2025 will be a great year!
I WISH it would be about that
Nobody likes that stupid cowboy theme besides boring old platers anyways.
