What is the average Kd?

Mine is sitting around 1.24 and personally i think im average, or a little under average but maybe someone can give me some insight as to what the average kda is. (for context i love aggressive play, maybe that bumps my kd down a little.)

1 - 1.5 KDA is the average where most players are.

However more people flip between 3 and 4 star, than 4 and 5 star.

Yeah i flip between 3 and 4 star most the time unless im having a particularly lucky day when im running my two favorite loadouts, medieval and woodsman loadouts, (medieval is a crossbow and saber, and woodsman is a bow and combat axe.) But most times i chill in 3 star. Thanks for the answer

sorry, but kd in this game is pointless, and so is mmr, because its based on kd/r.

maybe if this was LAN only game, but not when you have people from eastern europe playing regularly on eastern US servers. its just stupid.

That is wrong. MMR is not based on KD.
In fact KD is not calculated into MMR at all.
Its purely based on ELO, they are different things.

You can have a high KD and a low ELO and playing in 3-4 stars,
and you can have low a KD < 1 and playing between 5-6.

But anway, that KD is pointless is true.
Play the game for fun, not for having a stat.

But a KD is just a number. Im sitting in 4 star MMR currently, mostly at 5 star. Was 6 star once, so my skill is really unstable. Don't really understand how my KD is still increasing slowly instead of falling.

Wouldn't it be 1.0? Without counting in assists, which will ruin calculations because Crytek counts them as part of the KDA unfortunately. Talking about K/D only, right?

I see people with 0.95k/d that play like bots in 5 star all the time, and good players with normal K/D in 3 star, and my MMR rating fluctuates back and forth from 3-6 during the month. MMR means NOTHING.
K/D on the other hand says a lot. Anything below 1.0 is usually griefer/very bad player, anything above 2.0 is usually K/D farmer that will wait in bushes with sniper rifle and solo extract if no one goes under his scope for free.

i think in hunt its maybr even lower than 1
