No skin from Dark Tribute

I've been giving 4 Dark Tributes consistently for months, but still have not received the player skin. Is there something i'm missing or is it completely random?

They could be talking about Bad Hand.
If you are talking about Bad Hand OP, Yes He,and all other skins and rewards are random
I have been doing it since it started, Mr.Chary and Dark Tributes and I got one skin unlock in that time to give you an example.

Bad Hand skin is a sub 1% drop. I was lucky enough after doing tributes every day to finally pull him. Even then doing it every day isnt even a guarantee because i know a lot of people who dont have him. Most people honestly havent even seen him or know who it is lol.

Let's say bad hand has a dropchance of 0.5%. That is pretty low. And it's random. Those aspects are not mutually exclusive.

TRUE random is a different matter.
afaik there is no random number generator that is 100%, truly, perfectly random but that is a different can of worms.

I'd be curious to know what the drop rate is for the hunter skin. I honestly think it has to be 1/10,000 chances or lower.

1200 hours and no skin. Had no idea it was even a thing until a few months ago. I'm guessing it's 0.001% drop rate.
