Hunt: Showdown 1896

Tips On Finding Traits & Money In The Map?
So I read somewhere you can find these in the map.
So far I've only found a handful of dollars but not traits.
Are there some general rules on where these two spawn usually?
thx

Theres no guaranteed spawns for traits just have to get lucky. Same goes for finding money in the map, can find Registers and money pouches at random spots, however if you're looking to make money then I'd recommend;

1. Using new hunter every bounty extract for 20% money bonus.
2. Always try and take clues since its guaranteed $50 each time even if you die.
3. Take vulture and packmule and try to keep your consumables filled when you loot dead hunters so you'll be looting hunt dollars off them instead of a missing tools/consumables.

Looting hunters is defiantly the best way to make money since you can get 50-1000$ and it can add up fast if you can loot multiple bodies. Keep in mind, you have to extract to keep the non-bounty money that's found in the world tho otherwise you lose it on death

Awesome. Thx for info.

I dont get why those two traits would help but I guess it'll make sense once I read what they do.

Non bounty money is gone if I dont extract?
So if I die with a bounty I get (some) bounty money...?

No problem! As for traits I mentioned, vulture lets you always loot dead hunters even if they've already been looted the max amount of times per death which is two. The only way you can't loot dead hunters with Vulture is if they're burnt out from fire. As for packmule, it lets you loot two tools/consumables from toolboxes/hunters instead of one which means if you're missing space in your inventory (like from medkits or Throwables) then you'll fill your inventory back faster meaning it will be easier to then loot money from dead hunters.

And for the hunt dollars money differences, non-bounty money is all money found in world (Pouches, Registers, hunters) and will be completely lost if you die. You can see what non-bounty money you've found your current game when you look at the map at the top right. Bounty-money is guaranteed money you get for progressing in your bounty contract (Taking clues, locating boss lair, killing boss/banish, extracting with boss tokens) all give you guaranteed money/xp for doing each part. So say if you do have a bounty token and die but you managed to take a clue and locate/kill/banish the boss during the game, you'll still make money for doing the clue/locate/killing but won't make the money for extracting with the bounty token you had. So yes you'll still make money but just a little less then you would have.
