I really like that hunter but I didn't have the game at that time when it was a Twitch drop.

Do you think it will return some time in the future?

Well because the community asked for it, Billy Story (older hunter skin in previous twitch drops) has returned once. So let's assume they'll do the same for the infected

It likely will eventually but since it just released very recently I would expect to wait at least 1-2 years before it comes back if it does. I'd imagine Lulu will be brought back next since hers was about a year ago now followed by the Steel Eye

Possibly, but I would estimate in one to two years. They've only recently brought back old twitch skins and those were first released two years ago.

Its a twitch drop so chances are high he will come back fairly soon. Didnt the last twitch drop include all older drops?

I wouldn't say "soon" , there are usually two twitch drops a year, one in march/april and one September/October... the last one was just a month ago.
Minimum five Months until the next one, that's not "Soon"
