idk why but sharpening makes my game look even worse. like borderlands 1 graphics style. maybe im doing smtn wrong tho. but i recall disabling sharpening in witcher 3 for same reason. there all the trees got a thicc black outline on edges and over all looked like it was riddled with black dots
Yea yea I know exactly what you mean and I really do not like that look either. Thankfully, my game doesn't. I have medium settings with lighting at low (higher than that causes the EXACT look you're describing for all textures and shadows, looks like dog**). Textures at low or medium it doesn't really matter.
There is a scaler in the game already, but it only goes lower, not higher.
Imo, that would be better than the SMAA method for getting decent AA.
eh, i get dips below 60 when i set ingame res to above 1080p ),; rip
i dont have rig good enough to run above 1080p with stable 60fps for hunt unfortunately. does resahde rly help much? i never used them
i got screenshots from 2019 where the game looked so dawn good. when i see it now it looks medium.
Still trying to figure out what's the best mix of ingame and nvidia panel aa and sharpening to go for.
