I'm using a Logitech G933, and I had to actually remove the software for it for spatial(directional) sound to work properly. There seems to be a conflict with those programs and the Windows settings for whatever reason. Your headphones should still work fine without the related software...since it's usually just for fine-tuned tweaking, not overall function.
I know nothing about the headset in particular, but i do know stereo is the way to play hunt because it uses https://www.huntshowdown.com/news/binaural-audio-in-hunt-showdown i've had this problem a few times but that was after my soundsettings somehow where set to dolby surround.
this is strange cause i HAVE to have windows sonic on when i play hunt or i cant hear directions everything sounds flat and from all angles like when you watch some one play hunt on youtube thru speakers
If you have other sound drivers/applications where you can set stereo then do it there too (if it is not already linked with windows).
Anyways, if you come across this issue just go to your GAMEDAC main menu>Source>Select AUX, this will automatically set your headset to stereo...
Also, make sure you have spatial sound off in windows and uninstall the arctis engine if you have any weird settings tin the EQ.
If you have open back headset then you want to just run unaltered stereo sound.
If you have closed back headset then you probably want to virtualize (atmos, dts x, sonic).
Also, be aware that most headsets that market themselves as "7.1 surround" are just stereo headsets that use virtuliazation. There is no way to perfectly emulate 7 surround speakers with something centimeters away from your ear lobe. Any quality stereo headset can be set to virtualize at no cost by using Windows Sonic.

Hope this helps someone :)
Could it be that you are using 7.1 sound? You can activate/deactivate it by holding down the button on the DAC for a few seconds.
And as others have written, make sure you have "Arctis Pro Wireless game" in audio output in the game.
Hope it helps!
