Alright. So does poison kill crows or not?

See a bunch of crows on a fence and shoot a poison bolt beneath them.
The birds die to the cloud, unless they don't.
Same with birds on the ground. You shoot the bolt in the middle of them and it kills them, or they just fly away.
So you think, hey, maybe it's like ducks and you need to hit them directly.
So you do hit a crow directly and they die...unless they don't, and the bolt sticks inside one of them and they fly away with the poison cloud.

Why ♥♥♥♥ is it a dice roll?
Why is reloading a dice roll?
Why is hit reg a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dice roll?

it's not a dice roll.
you need to shoot one of the crows and not the ground around them.
make sense to shoot it to the middle but it's not how it works but defiantly not a gamble cause you can succeed any time.

I think it's the opposite? You shoot around them, not them directly.

It used to be that way. Idk when exactly it changed, but these days shooting them directly seems to work more consistently.

It changed some patches ago, they reworked poison and thus the initial cloud does no longer create an AoE damage blast.
So with all PvE soundtraps you have to hit one of the individuals of the crowd to kill all.

Counterintuitive? Yep.

Poison bolt and crow has been bugged for some time now this year.
It was never this buggy in the previous year.
Bugs are a feature by Crytek.

Ill do you one better. For event mission Kill Immolators. Threw choke bomb a little in front of him b/c they always run towards you after they hear it. It rolled down the stairs blew up. immolator RAN RIGHT THROUGH the cloud didnt die. (how odd i thought). I pull out my handcross bolt with choke and shot him. Still not dead... (maybe i missed i thought). Fire another one while im choking. Still not dead. (ok im pretty sure coughing made me miss). Try againt 100% nailed him in the chest and choke clouds ALL over the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ place.... still not dead.... Somethings ♥♥♥♥♥ here... I gave it one last shot dude still did not give a single ♥♥♥ in the world about me or my choke bombs. So i give up and smack him on the head... he died...

You have to sneak up on them and then throw it on top of them.
You might want to check if this is true though, im not 100% certain.

not everyone has the means to record things that happen to them or has them activate at all times. To say it didnt happen b/c it wasnt recorded is ignorant.

I thought that might of been the case as well but after i extracted and went into a different match i tried it again and they do die. I guess in my case there must of just been a silly situation going on.

How can you own and play Hunt on PC for steam and not be able to record your gameplay with the free recording softwares available online? This post makes no sense.

It's not about your gameplay, it's about recording these game-breaking bugs that happen to you so they can get fixed with video proof.
