She's wearing late Victorian Era fashion. It's called a Crinolette or more probably a Bustle. It's a flexible structure of hoops and tape worn under the dress to emphasize the slimness of the waist and exaggerate the hips and butt.

tldr; Sir Mixalot would be disappointed when she took off her dress.

In scoped weapon you can see that large aspect of the character model, MUCH further away. :-) , especially while the player thinks they are hiding in a bush.

All I can see in my spark's scope is what appears to be a bear in the bush, so of course i am going to fire the weapon.

I was worried that was the case. In the recruitment tab her model is way taller and wider than the others. Wasn't sure if that would be the case in game or not. I've only seen her in game 1 time and it was for about 2 seconds, before she blew my head off.
