Also, this is how the blood letting (cutting the hand) comes into play. To make the shots, they need hunter blood.... At least, this is my understanding of Hunt:showdown's lore.... Its pretty dark once you start getting into it all, and quite deep.

now mind you, alot of the lore is pieced together by different sources, so there is some personal takes on the stuff.. so there are other content providers out there that explain things as well, also the in game clippings fill in some spots. In any case Enjoy, some of this stuff is a trip.

That's my view of game development. Maybe it's because I myself always try to let no room for interpretation when developing a new story for a game.
