Dualies means using 2 pistols at the same time, as in dual pistols.
Usually people talk about the caldwell conversion as it is really cheap, accurate, high firerate and pretty much the best weapon to dual wield.
They shouldnt. Unless on bigger range, cause the bullet is a bit slower on FMJ than on normal ammo (but not really noticeable). But the sway and spread on dualwield normal vs fmj is the same.
However on the plus side you get much much greater penetration of wood and even thin metal and longer two-tap- and headshot range
I really feel dual wielding needs a rework. Maybe you fire each gun with iron sights in a sorta one two motion like they do in western movies and such, but the rate of fire is just slightly better or something.
Could also allow the mixing of different guns with dual wielding, so you have more ammo/varied ammo but the fire rate is the same for each and carries to the other so you are not firing any faster or anything the benefit of dual wielding there could be the ammo and variety of ammo type...and just being more fun.
Maybe these are bad ideas or partially a step in the right direction I don't know, but I would like to see them do something with this system because why even let you dual wield anything other than conversion pistols really?
I don't think making them all as good as dual conversion is the answer, I think only making them slightly better than a single pistol because it is a medium slot over a small slot is what it should be. Not a side-grade. (I mean that is how every other monetary/slot investment works in this game, the larger slot/higher the price generally the better the weapon, barring certain exceptions, why shouldn't' dualies be the same?)
Sorry, rant over lol.
