are events coming back
I mean for example - it was possible to get halloween 2020 exclusive items from halloween 2021 event?

Yea. Every similar event you can purchase items from previous one for bb.

The winter solstice event that just ended let you buy a hunter from previous year's winter event for a lot of blood bounds, so they might return at some point in the future for that currency
