How to get Lulu? (Twitch drops)
i missed one drop and its now unavailable, and i assume Lulu needs to get all drops to collect it right?

No, lulu is a drop that will be active at the final day of the drops event
each day is a different item drop

You need to unlock Drop #5 (Bornheim) and watch 3 hours more any streamers from a list to unlock Lulu.

If i have Alley Cat unlocked, I just need to watch 3h of partner streams and get Lulu or what? Or she is availible only while drop campaign?

Look at the post dates. You're responding to a two year old thread.

It was a twitch drop from a couple years ago, it has not yet returned and it's possible it may never. Unless they run that drop even again it is unavailable.

She was exclusive for Twitch Drops back to these days. But i'm pretty sure, she'll be available again at some moment.
