Hunt: Showdown 1896
Best graphic settings to see enemys
Hey guys,

I play with a AMD 6800XT and can handle highest settings with ~100fps on 1440p so performance isnt the matter of the thread.

Which settings reduce grass/trees or makes glass harder see through so to get an advantage on the graphic site. Or doesnt it matter?

Thank you for your help!

-4K resolution with AA off in-game. The DSR removes the edges for you already.
-Low lighting.
-Low shadows.
-Medium object quality.

Disable motion blur
Disable depth of field
Global Graphics Quality: High
Object Quality: High
Texture Quality: High
Texture Filtering: 16X (Anisotropic)
Anti Aliasing: SMAA 1TX (you could do 2TX if your GPU can handle it, for visual clarity)
Lighting: Low (for visual clarity at long range)
Shadows: Low (for visual clarity on night maps and at distance)
Effects: Off (effects like fog, smoke and haze, which would otherwise block you view, can be seen through with effects off, offering obvious advantages)
Post-Processing Quality: High
Particle Quality: High
I see these posts pretty regularly but honestly i play with everything maxed out and turned on and have great stats.
You will want to set object and texture quality low to make vegetation more simplistic polygon and color wise.
Also you may want to consider using SMAA 2TX or TSAA to achieve smooth image so that pixel flicker won't distract eyes while spotting enemies.
everything low/off except object quality. set that to medium. done
there are multiple post on it where we even posted launch settings, look for them and yur experience will change
