How many hackers are in this game really?

I went from having a great time in my first 30 or so levels with a decent k/d of like .8 and fun fights to suddenly not being able to kill a single, NOT A SINGLE enemy hunter for about 50 matches straight while every single one of them somehow instantly one-shots me in the head no matter what the distance, no matter what the weapon.

I was AD'ing and peeking around a boat as careful as possible and literally got 1-shot by DUAL PISTOLS from 72 METERS AWAY. ONE SHOT TO THE HEAD.

I mean I guess this game really is as bad as everyone is talking about but wow it's a shame. How are so many people apparently so freaking good? I've played CS:GO for years and the player base isn't as tryhard and doesn't seem as skilled as this one. I find that hard to believe.

Yeah there's so many hackers in this game, ofc ppl come here and say "i never see a hack, oooh" but with 2 seconds on google u find 2 forums with 2 active hackers at "undetect" state.
For add to this cake of ♥♥♥♥, crytek has a vac ban oficial partner (hahahahahhahahaa )

crytek employee (or ex-employee idk) have a vac-ban.

Not many but certainly more than there used to be. (EDIT)Crytek has taken stance of banning them rather than killing exploits and they're losing that fight.

So many "smurfs" now it's not even difficult to pull them out of the lineup.

There are certain times/regions you want to avoid. After the sun sets in the USA just stay off US West.

Please don't get discouraged by this. While it is true that many people don't like to play with new guys, it is also true that there are many players who don't care about your kd or would love to help someone who just started.
Kd doesn't matter as long as you are winning games. Lots of people with hundrets of hours are below 1.0.

Also to adress your actual question/problem: the core fan- and playerbase of this game has been here since start of early access or even before that. I agree that the MM is bad (especially for new players) but I bet if you stick around you will improve and get a feel for how things work.

Well dunno if every round, but now im finding cheaters like on 4 or 5 rounds, which is a shame anyways, this game is getting the 'unplayable' status very quickly.

Now they mostly using that wallhack that uses the same "dark sight" game's technique but infinite mode: if u see a guy spamming dark vision all time and even on middle of a battle.. without being grabbed the bounty.. well, they using that wallhack for sure.

K/D has no bearing on the matchmaking or ELO system. If you are matched against people with a higher K/D it is because you are generally within the same skill range as they are (in most cases at least, there are some edge cases where this is not the case).

It's really funny see u say that, when there's 2 active cheats right now at "undetect" states and a lot of ppl on this same cheat forum guaranted that u not get banned if u use the cheat because they are cheating more than 6 months and nothing happens hahahahhaa hahahahhaa

Yeah, that was worded poorly. I apologize. I would say that I don't know what steps you've taken to stop the hacks but they're still here new or old so I guess I will say .. Crytek has been unsuccessful in stopping the hacks.

I think hacking is not as common as people make out but it's very obvious when you run into some of them.

Edit: Another thread states updates have been made to EasyAntiCheat and some known hacks are being blocked. That is good news.

Sorry for derailing this a tiny bit Ic3man, but I am sincerely curious about this

1. how does people become community moderators for crytek?

2. Will there be an update on how the ELO actually works?

problem your faceing is at the start you are put in a 'safe' pool with other very new players. once you hit a certain level you are thrown into the deep end. Other problem with the game is, ADAD while shotting is way to accurate and comes with no penalty so those with alot of hours in the game just head tap all the time. I love the game to death, but if anything destroys it it is going to be the ADAD BS.

As for hackers, there isn't as many as it seems, just people with alot more hours in the game. Though, with that being said they are out there cause some kids just can't play video games with out assistance. So, if you ever suspect a hackers report it when you die.
