Definitely time to implement auto run for mouse and keyboard. Controller support and consoles have it. For someone who has arthritis, it's pretty great. Yes I know the workaround is that I can have a controller hooked up and double tap the sprint button and switch back to mouse/keyboard but come on.

I guess? Macros are standard on mice to keyboards. I mean a button that holds down W isn't exactly game breaking. YMMV.

That's not auto run. That's sprint toggle. Auto run is you press a key, and don't have to touch any other movement keys.

I have painful hands sometimes. Please add auto run. I have a macro on razer and it wont stop for a few seconds after i press the macro a second time, each time it restarts, i have to press shift to sprint again. I cant play this game as much as I'd like due to pain in hands. Please please please add auto run. Many other games have it when goign long distances. This game has no vehicles and you literally run across the map some times. Please add auto run.

Totally. I do not have arthritis, but even so, the amount of constant W in this game is insane sometimes and makes my middle finger quite sore and uncomfortable. Sometimes you just know you will run for several minutes straight as well and there is no reason to have to keep any buttons pressed.
