Can't hear other players voice chat?

I've tried everything i can think of and i still cant hear other players voice chat, all other sounds are just fine. Any idea whats going on?

in-game option - audio
make sure that both of the combo boxes are the same headset.

Yep, the default audio devices in the Audio settings menu have a habit of changing on their own. Happens to me every time I update my video drivers.

My game sets to to Display port every once in a while
