Problem with Hunt and Razer Synapse

When I start Hunt, my mouse keeps its default profile in Razer Synapse. Normally the customized profile for the game should load. Is Hunt blocking the automatic profile change? It's the only game that does that, even though it was actually recognized directly by Razer. Every other game start changes the profile by itself and resets it after exiting. Of course it becomes at bit annoying when you need to handle an immolator for example and forgot to manually switch the mouse profile before...

For what do you use that bloatware if I may ask? I have a Razor mouse, I used the software to check it out, set my 3rd thumb btn of my basilisk to the letter K, turned off the stupid LED and uninstalled that crappy bloatware. Good that the setting gets saved on the mouse and I do not need to ever touch it again.

Now in games I just set whatever I want the 3rd thumb btn to be to K as they not detect any non standard btn anyway. In hunt I use it for darksight.

Dont listen to the troll. Go to hunt showdown's website, and on the bottom right there should be a support chat button. They'll sort you out.

I have razor equipment as well, but have not had any issues so far.

If the Hunt support cant help, razor also has a chat support feature on their website.

I am a troll for asking why he needs gaming profiles? Yeah SURE Crytek support will sort out Razer software issues. SUUUUUURE. Do not listen do that fool.

I have the same issue. I select the desired profile manually and don't rely on Razer loading it for me.

I just noticed that the profile is indeed switching but only for a moment when the popup for Easy Anticheat loads. After that it goes back to the previous profile. It seems the game itself is another instance.

Same issue with logitec profile, seems to be working on and off since the last update. I personally find them quite handy for my games as I have different settings and layouts for them

Also have the same issue with the Synapse 3 Studio which changes colours of my complete settings (mouse, keyboard, lightbars etc.). All other games doing well only Hunt: Showdown is changing shortly when easycheat-window appears and when game is "really" launching all lights set back to default. Anyone found a solution since first posts more than 1 year ago? Thanks.

I haven't found a solution yet. The same problem occured when I played Warhammer Darktide and probably bases on the same problem. The programs can only catch the games' launchers it seems.

searched the Inet for last hours and found a soluton that works :-) ... you need to add manual the file called "HuntGame" out of one of the steam-common-folders.. than it works totally fine :-)

better to ask support since the fact that the mouse change profile wile the game load could be seen as using a script, to make an example the avomat with no recoil. I also use razer synapse but I don't use any profile on it

no need to contact sujpport anymore as i have told, just use the HUNTGAME.exe-File by manual searching instead of the HUNT.exe ;-)
