Best thing to choose when prestige
Skin sounds the best tbh

If you're planning to prestige everytime you reach bloodline 100 the xp boost.

And from what i've heard every 5 prestige you can choose a prestige skin that can't be bought. I would/will take that one. Just got to prestige 3.

The hunt dollars are pretty useless imho.

You are not able to choose skin on every prestige. Random skins are on these levels I think:
1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,20,30,40,60,70,80,90

exclusive prestige skins:
on 5 for Spark
on 10 for Bornheim
on 25 for Derringer
on 50 for Winfield
on 100 for Mosin

If you have choice, choose skin - if not, take XP boost.

Thanks! Didn't know the prestige ranks for the exclusive skins.
