Prestige balance is non existent

Hey hmmm, I have around 50-60 hours, so why do they pair me with people above prestige 12 and yet they are so bad they need a mosin nagant automat with a number 3 to kill somebody? Isnt prestige a thing in this game? Why dont they use it to balance the game? Noobs with noobs, tryhard noobs with tryhard noobs and so on. Its ridiculous to me how I get paired with ppl with 2k hours. Like cmon xd
