Yeah its tough, but then that's part of the fun i guess. Because its hard it means when you do something clutch you feel great for a while, like you're suddenly a Hunter rather than the hunted. Savour that feeling, remember how it felt, because any second now someone is going to blow your head off with a hip fired shot from 100m and you'll wonder what the f**k you're doing trying to play this game in the first place.

I used to play a fair bit, but fell off for awhile. Started playing again and it seems like the player skill ceiling is much higher now. I still have trouble pinpointing people's footsteps and spotting people in darker maps, but that's on me.

Even watching YouTube videos of people playing, I don't even see what they're shooting at or how in the world they spotted someone in a bush 25+ yards away in the dark. Still fun, but yeah I only get 1-3 matches in before I need to take a break.

To be fair, most videos get compressed and the dark spots get even darker so night maps are especially bad to watch compared to playing yourself if you're watching on youtube or twitch.

Yeah Lilleskutt hit the nail on the head. Youtubers look like gods with hawk eye vision when you watch their videos but its usually just due to the compression of the videos.

Hunt is not hard. You just have one life and do not want to lose money and weapons. Same difficulty you can see in Battlefield 1, where even gameplay can be the same on special servers.

I think it just has a learning curve. Because it IS different enough from other fps that unless you have god aim, you have to learn the game first. That's definitely where it differs from like a battlefield or a CoD that you can pick up, and within 30 min, you go the basics down.

but once you learn how the game works, its just like any other multiplayer game. Where it's as easy or hard as the people you go against.

It is quiet difficult, mostly aim vs spamming shots adversary. Strictly for hardcore rather than bullet sponge game.

Due to dual spamming introduction, this game has fail to offer combat strategy, its all about run and gun now.

So, you should take this game slowly, dont go in close combat if possible, no way to win against spammer. Dont try to finish objective, just beware for the fight eventhough it seems very quiet, usually they are coming or ambushing. Always bring lots of med. And best of all, the last man standing, so try to hide until the fight is done. Enemy will be lowered ammo and poor health. very easy to take them out. This game isnt a fast spawning game, no shame in hiding like a man.
