Do you lose DLC if you die?

I hear you lose your characters etc if you die.
So how does the DLC work?
Do you lose your DLC items if you die while using them?

When you buy or acquire a DLC, one copy of that item is added to your inventory. If you die you lose that copy, but you can simply buy more with hunt dollars, as many as your like/can afford so no worries.

Look under the legendary tab to find the item that you want.

Pretty much. Unlocks the ability to buy the Legendary version(skin) instead of the standard.

That's a good way to put it. Another thing to keep on mind is all the dlc items are only cosmetic as they don't want it to be a pay to win game or people with dlc to have an advantage. So it's not by any means necessary, just something you can do if you want to give the game a few bucks.

You lose the Hunter (That specific one, like when you buy a free / hunt dollar hunter) and they die, that Hunter is dead.

Legendary Hunters are recruitable infinitely but come with no equipment and 3 random traits you have unlocked

Its very unlikely you will ever get refunds on DLC, especially if its more than a day old or you have utilised the content.

You can request a refund for the DLCs as they are considered in the same way as a digital product that you buy, nothing changes in terms of content, the consumer must still be protected, right? It wouldn't make sense just because it's a "DLC". I myself asked for a refund for a DLC, it seems to me the 15 euro one with the two wolf hunters, and steam will refund it within 14 days as happened in my case. And yes, I had used the content, then a day later I asked steam for a refund as the value of the DLC in my opinion did not justify the price of 15 euros.

UPDATE: It was Frau Perchta DLC.
