Is "teaming" a bannable offense?

Just had a match where I had "allow teams of 3" UNCHECKED (ive never turned it on as a purely solo player)

And I ran into a team of 3

Clear as day, they were running together and everything

my profile isn't private, I don't white knight crytek and I have more than 1000 hours.
I've never seen a blatant hacker. Obviously doesn't mean I've never met one, but never has my deaths been unrealistic enough for me to pull out the hacks card. Leaderboards are easily botched btw, you buy a new account and kill 10 people. Suicide doesn't count against KD, so the top player on the leaderboard has been spotted several times killing himself when he was faced with an actual 1v1 fight. I play US E and EUR, so Asia and Russia might be a different story.

Yes, they do ban teamers. I've reported a few already and they got banned. First time is a temporary ban. Keeping up with the exploit will lead to more severe consequences.

Yeah, and you have no clue what you´re talking about there, buddy. I am the "I have 1000 hours and have seen one hacker" guy (well, it is 1600 and 2, but that´s details), and my profile is not private.

Also, The top players on the leaderboard are almost certainly not using cheats, they just play in super campy ways and alt+F4 whenever they might die to a player to conserve their KDA.
