How to counter camping idiots

Walk away, or just wait. Your choice. Sometimes you can pretend to leave, then when they are sufficiently in the open, double back and go after them before they can find a new compound to hold up in.

Personally I do one of three things :

1. Rush them and be quick with a head shot.
2. Go for Wall Bangs by shooting the “usual corners” almost 80% of all shotgun camper boys sit in. These usually cover 2-3 entrances/exits to the building so they “strategically wait” at those spots.
3. If it’s somewhere like Pitching Crematorium, just walk away and leave. It’s not worth it ever to assault Constatina Wired Shotgun campers at that compound.

If I’m solo and they are too scared though, I will sit there and wait. They have to come out eventually, and if they don’t, they die with me due to time out. I have plenty of cash, I don’t care if I loose my hunter. I will do it simply because I’m a petty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This is only if I don’t have team mates and I’m solo, I won’t waste my friend’s time like that to to satiate my own petty vendetta.

Most of the time I simply watch a streamer or something on my cell phone while I wait outside. Counter camping basically.

Though truthfully, you can’t blame them. They aren’t suicidal idiots. Just as you won’t run in and basically commit suicide to them camping with shotguns. They won’t run out and basically commit suicide to you counter camping them with rifles. There is a fine line between cowardice and suicidal stupidity. Both you and them are not at fault, you’re BOTH not suicidal and stupid. (Well technically I am by killing all of us due to time running out, but you know. I never claimed to be the sharpest tool in the shead.)

Oh you have a lot of options :

1. Push inside. Even if you dont have consumables there are a ton on the map.
2. Break doors and windows and try wallbanging.
3. Stay out of the darksight range and wait. In my experience most stay inside if the see someone in darksight. Once they leave, jump them.
4. Leave.

Just take your time, be cool, wait and try to think what you can do, is there an option to throw granade? can u destroy doors or windows? can u place some traps on the one side and wait for them on the next? can you go above them? if you don't know the place walk around, locate all doors, entrance, windows and remember that time is working for you, they will have to go out in one point.

Worst think that you can do is to rush things or think that you have to push them - you don't have to, u can ofc but it's your choice - you have all the choices, not the campers inside.

u cant, if its a good shotgun player with good sound, he will kill u with your long ammo rifle (as it should be). so just wait for 30 mins or go extraction (my choice).

grenades, flashbangs and choke grenades are great choices to push in with. Personally I don't like letting people get in, I will try to contest them when they are dealing with bounty however If I get there too late. I'll be basically looking at every angle, trying to narrow their location down using chokes and other stuff to force their hand into giving me a shot on one of them.

There are a lot of solos with long scopes who take zero risk to spam shots while other people play the game. They'll camp the entire match.

With a deadeye, you can shoot at the next compound over pretty easily. With the marksman scope you can shoot accurately way farther than that. The game doesn't have bullet drop and sniping is cake.

I did it for a fun a few weeks ago; mostly to see how easy it was. It was really easy. Killed one guy 3 times. Hit a lot of people. Killed quite a few. Never even took a hit. If you find 1 or 2 teams pushing the team camping the boss lair, you can destroy them. They can't even figure out where you are and are caught up with closer teams.
