Frequent annoying Crycloud error 0x20005 (EU)

Hi all
Most of the time, after finding a game and after the loading screen, I could not go into the match and it shows the 0x20005 error but sometimes I can easily join the match and play with a stable ping.

I tried everything to fix this issue but no luck. I have no problem with other games like PUBG, CSGO, Dota, Doom Eternal, etc.

Disabled firewall on both router and windows, port forwarding, port trigerring, dmz, ... NOTHING works.

I'm seriously sick and tried of Crycloud 0x20005 error. I can't play with randoms because if I get this error then my teammate will be left alone in the match.

Support team have not responded back at me yet (they're busy I know but only two people to read and reply to tickets?? There should be more)

This error is not related to any patch I had it since I've bought the game.

I guess I can connect to RU servers I've tried two or three times and it worked but I have to test it more. But anyway I don't want to play on RU.

I even got the address of game servers from Resource Monitor and I can easily ping or do trace route without any problem even those addresses that showed me 0x20005 error.

So I can ping/tracert successfully all their EU servers but for most of them it shows 0x20005 error right after loading screen.


Oh and also, I have so much packet loss and lag that I don't experience in other games. I have supported this game a lot, bought dlcs to support devs, ... but seems like the devs don't want to support me and fix my issues.
I'm really tired of these errors and lags. I guess I won't touch the game again until server problems are fixed. I'll just occasionally test to see its fixed or not

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I contacted my ISP and gave them ip of eu servers, they said there's no problem on our side. But to make sure it's not a NAT issue, I've got an static IP from my ISP and even enabled DMZ to allow all ports (not secure though, only for testing) and disabled firewall of router and windows.
Still I'm getting 0x20005 error on EU region and it's ok on Russia region.
But my ping in EU is 70~80 but in RU it is 110~120 which is terrible.
Support hasn't responded back to me yet. I'm getting really angry.

You have this problem on US servers? Please let me know if you find any fix. Still waiting for the support to respond back. I have submitted a ticket for a week with some details.

Update:

Not problem on our side brother, have had 3 games today with 3 players, every game it was at least 1 of us getting lagged and then dc'c with this error. Never happened to us before, defo server issues. Not worth playing until fixed.

i started playing month ago, it was fine, then they launched this new patch, now i also started facing this same crycloud error.. Tried everything. nothing works... i'd like a refund back plz steam

i also have this problem. and it is also only on the EU server for some reason. this problem has been in the game for too long and it seems like the devs don't give a flying ♥♥♥♥ about fixing it. contacted the support and it's been like a week with still no response. can't play the game man we payed for this >:[
