Hunt: Showdown 1896

What to buy with Blood Bonds
So I have solved the Tutorials and have some 1,100 Blood Bonds.
What should I buy the best with my valuable Blood Marks ?
- legendary hunters ?
- special weapons ?
- else ?

I would like to buy things that I won't lose when dying.

Blood bonds are for purely cosmetic stuff, bar health/trait respec, which usually isn't worth it. Just buy whatever legendaries you like.

Just to add to Horcerer's comment, when you buy a legendary, you have to recruit them (and then just re-recruit them when you die with them), and weapon skins stay (gets applied when you buy the gun for the skin)

Don't buy anything, only use them to clean your weapons ;)
Let me guess, weapon cleaning is also just for looks, but it does not shoot better , correct ?

Get the extra 5 hunter slots.
It allows you to snipe guys with expensive traits like for example doctor and/or fanning.

The rest is purely cosmetic. Just get what you think looks good.
Legendary hunters Redneck and Redshirt are a necessity. Change my mind.

Correct
doesn't it help with scoped weapons? .. so you can see through them a little bit better ...?

I went through and bought extra 5 slots .. unlocked all the legendary hunters that I could .. and I use BB's to remove traits so I can repurpose those trait points for traits I want .. or you can use them to get extra shuffles if you want. ... do whatever you want with them .. you get plenty of them and no sense in hording them :steamhappy:

As far as I read on the forums cleaning only fixes the scopes on non-contraband weapons.

I haven't tested it out myself, but so I've heard.

This is BS, the game shouldn't let you clean a contraband weapon if isn't going to do ♥♥♥♥ on it, I only clean weapons with the idea in mind that somehow it will look more sharp making easier to the eyes to aim, the weapons in the hunt look like were dig out of that swamp, except for legendary weapons, look at that officer pistol, it has a disturbing dirt on the iron sight that doesn't go away not even by cleaning it.

Legendary hunters, they have 3 traits. You can sell the traits for bloodbonds (25 each) and buy one or two that fit better.

I use blood bonds for trait respec.
