Sadly, the only way to reduce aliasing is by playing at a higher res.
I noticed a huge difference in Hunt when I switched to a 1440p monitor, the game just looks so much more crisp.
Hunt appears to be running on old crytek engine and does not even support newer modern graphics APIs. Hopefully some day.
If you don't mind the ripples, you could play with 1440p DSR.
I just got my LG GL83-A and I honestly can't believe how much better it looks. No more shooting at oddly textured rocks obscured by bushes for me =D
I actually played with 3k downsampled for a while, just the loss of borderless functionality is too much so I switched back
im playing without MSAA just with Sharpening to see enemys better
