You are just abusing the match making system, and making it worse for everyone. A multiplayer only game thrives on fresh blood.
If you want a team with specific personal criteria, then go on Discord or something to make a premade team.
its normal that you get matched with people around your skill level not far below it
This mentality exists with all random match making. Even when the players are the "same skill level", people will cry that the ranks/MMRs are broken and there is no way these people belong in my bracket. People just can't handle losing with strangers.
At first I was mad at the veteran players constantly leaving because of me, but then after, I understood later why they were doing that. Because of this broken matchmaking system, people of all skill level are just being thrown together. The veteran players leave and match with each other because they know if they don't, another group of veteran players are going to match together anyways, so it might as well be them. Especially in this game where 1 mistake will cost you your hunter that you worked so hard to level up.
If anyone should be blamed, it should be Crytek for not implementing a proper matchmaking system.
"Don't hate the player, hate the game"
