I've spent years searching for an answer to this question, and this charitable soul made a calculator. Make a copy to your drive, put in your default sens, and it'll do the rest.
1. when putting Hipfire Fov normal (no zoom) it calculates me higher sens for hipfire but fov stays the same so sens should too. It calculated 111% higher sens for hipfire so took Build-in Factor 1.111111 and should take just 1.
2. when putting lower FOV it calculates higher sensitivieties, higher FOV calculates lower sensitivities. Should calculate lower sens for lower FOV because when FOV is lower sens feels like higher so should be lowered. Same with higher FOV, when you cange FOV higher sens feels like slower so should be incresed.
