fix the hive bomb please

i throw it at enemies, it ends up coming back and chasing me. i seriously just threw it on a guy, and he ducks behind a tree, and the bees turned on me lol. such a bad item.

its a useless consumable now anyways, 2 hits with blunt damage will get rid of them.

2 hits with what blunts? Cause it's can eat enough health for torso oneshot, plus, poison, good detection thing, gives a lot of distraction.
You loses about 4-5 seconds, plus enemy from sight.

still the mechanic should chase the enemy it hits first. not make a bee related decision to attack its owner. the man who birthed them , fed them and gave them bee netflix. it just needs to be a bit more refined and yield better results or people just wont use it.

While you have a point, I imagine if you go by that logic, the bees recognise you as the one shaking up their jar and have their eyes set on you for when it breaks

your weapon stock, 2 hits and its gone, just go behind cover as soon as the hive is on you and melee it, if you are close to an enemy when hive bomb is thrown then nothing would save you anyways, when your want to throw something at enemy at close range to kill him flash bomb is much better alternative.

Hive bomb is cheaper and does damage and prevents healing, it's a lot better if you can't push immediately after and/or they're already low or you need to revive a friend because it forces them into cover unless they took no damage from it
