Issues with connection throttling using Kaspersky internet security 2020

Im having issues with heavy stuttering while playing the game using Kis 2020, if i close it my game runs butter smooth at 70fps averages, anyone know whats causing this? Any setting i can mess with? I really dont feel like playing online without some type of protection

heh well that would surely fix it, i actually like kaspersky av its quite effective, but in this case its not helping, ill try and mess with settings otherwise or ill have to risk it and disable it during the game

yeah thats probably whats going to happen, ive searched everything and found no solutions for this
