Graphics rendering really slow
Hi there,

I have a problem. when i play the game , bushes and other items seems to be loading very slow somehow. I have the game settings on high, so it's weird that it won't load when im really close to it, or does not even do that!

Does anyone know a fix?

What is your hardware specification?

  • CPU model (@ clock)
  • Graphics card (VRAM ?)
  • ??? GB RAM
  • Monitor resolution (resolution you're running the game at)

Could you please also record this problem in a 10-15 seconds video with Detailed Diagnostics enabled?

Wow admin, do you even read before posting. This texture pop up thing is a common problem , why bother record.

And how should anyone know how to fix it when people would not post basic informations about their system lordknows?
9980xe 2080 ti x2

Graphics are studdering and doing the same thing. Low or high same issue. Servers are super healthy i guess

I'm interested in the performance of the game on the PC of the OP. I would like to see the detailed diagnostics to have a better understanding of what's going on.

Please, do not troll.

Asset pop up is a thing gamer knows first thing. It has nothing to do with spec at all. It is coded to display or not display asset at certain distances, mostly predefined by low-med-high settings, to help gpu load. Dont you see that zombies and lanterns appear only until you are 30 meters away? Why do I have to explain this to an admin

My game runs fine, fps wise at least. My pc is a bit on the old side.

GPU 960M 2 GB
I6700 HQ
8GB RAM
My screen is 1080p 144hz

I will record some footage of the problem.

I'm afraid you did not include the Detailed Diagnostics information, which would have been the main source of the debug information I was looking for.

On the other hand, looking at the GPU's specification, it has only 2 GB VRAM, which may not be enough for the game and could explain why textures are loaded slow (because there is not enough free memory in the GPU to load all the detailed objects and textures and can only load them when you focus on something for a longer time).

Maybe you can redo your testing with the Detailed Diagnostics on (Graphics Menu) and see for yourself if the CPU wait GPU metrics are high (more than a couple of milliseconds).

See my Diagnostics for reference (for 100 FPS) here.

You can try to lower the render resolution or use the render scaling (which has similar effects) and see if that allows you to load the textures faster. Lower resolutions require less VRAM usage.

Hi, I have the same issue as in this video above but my GPU is RTX 2060 SUPER. Has someone any idea where could the problem lies?

Still haven't figured it out. Bought a new pc with a 2070 in it. Might want to try overclocking your memory clock? Maybe turn X.M.P on? not sure.

Shakaron i have the same issue most nights. my specks for refrence are:
I5 6400
gtx 1060 6GB
16GB DDR4
res is 1920 X 1080
I play on mixed settings at 65 to 70 FPS.

I post this just so you can see it is a mixed bag of computers having same issue.

I have issues too. Min FPS sometimes drops as low as 10 FPS. Max still stays around 100+. The game certainly has some optimization potential.

Nevertheless, I know I have this issue (apart from the not well-optimized game) due to my CPU.

If you read and do the performance analysis, you'll learn what your issue is. (Probably CPU as well.)
