You might be able to fix it by changing devices and some people say that if you go into your windows audio devices options (or 'Sound'), right click your headset and choose 'set as default' and 'set as default communications device' then it fixes it. Sometimes when Windows updates it likes to set things like your second display/TV as the default communications device if it happens to have audio out.
But I've had no luck, and I get no sound over VOIP in Hunt.
