The game seems pretty good at keeping at least a low quality object where something should be, the bushes may look awful far away but they're there for the most part. Noticably better than something like Post Scriptum (able to completely remove grass) or even PUBG (pea soup textures with a man running on them)
The only exception is that some windows have a tendency not to render at 100ish metres for me... which really needs to be fixed.
On the flipside though, Maxed graphics is beautiful and i have a way easier time seeing people with post processing and other lighting settings to high, makes it much more vibrant.
Reducing graphics just gives you a blurry jagged view.
Higher settings will allow you to pick out hunters hiding in bushes because instead of a giant blob of colors, you can distinguish between the blades of grass and the Hunter amongst them.
Tldr higher settings are better
I feel like its the other way around.. I find it alot easier to spot hunters far away with low graphics, find it easier to spot them inside barns, through cracks and in most/some foliage.. Especially on the newest map.. Also, it seems like you get more texture glitches (they dont appear and you can see straight through) on low.
I think I've heard wizzdome say he plays on low settings to get the advantage but i'm not 100 % on this..
The problem with all low settings here is that it doesn't render in some walls, windows, drapes, and mostly things on buildings. For a long time you could snipe up into most towers on low with a scoped weapon but I think that's been fixed.
But pretty much everything besides building related usually loads in. I only know this because I'm frames>quality so I nerf all the settings into the ground and it can get... weird..
Is that what salt & poverty does to people?
Salt and too much wealth.
